Olvias pink Party
On May the 4th we are going to celebrate Olivias confirmation. Only two weeks left and I'm not sure if we are in control of the planning. I think so, hope so....
Today I've made these for the table. Six months ago Olivia prefered black - now it's pink! I think it is very funny planning a pink party for her.
This great cake maker is going to make a pink and yummy cake for Olivia. A real girly one!
Re-building our house, the up coming confirmation and a rough time at work are stealing all my energy at present.... It's not fun at all! I don't even feel the need to sew! Although I know, that I will find some energy there.
Here you see my very busy handyman. When the craftsmen are not here, he has to work. I'm not at all part of the re-building. Instead I try to nurse my dear husband a little. He deserves it! He's making all this for me and my sewing machine. What a person am I to complain about the re-building.....?! I'm really looking forward to sit and craft in the new room.
I started the day with a small sewing project. You have seen them before - I know. This time it's a linen House Purse, but I prefer the checkered ones! They are more colourful and happy - I like that!
Well, it's time to bake some bread and prepare dinner. Beside that there are still some place cards to finish. Have a great weekend.

We had our last house completely gutted and had to move out for eight months...so I can really imagine how tired of it all you might be feeling. But somehow you have managed to create such beautiful things in the midst of it all, which is wonderful. I love the confirmation cards...and the house...it is beautiful! x

I can't wait to see your new sewing room! It already looks wonderful with all that light.
What a great husband you have!
I hope you have a wonderful party. The place cards are very cute.
