Retro Owl and hexagon Dreams
Orange and green retro owl (approx. 17 cm). I had to start the day with just a tiny project. After cleaning up all day yesterday, I just had to sew although we are not all finished. Today we are having a break and we will go to the beach for a walk, eat the first ice cream this summer and just enjoy the day.
I have planned to place a couple of mattresses in the new room. We don't have space for a guest room. I had an idea about decorating the mattresses and today I looked in a back issue of Boligliv. I was looking for a recipe for a strawberry salad and found this great corner. It was love at first sight! Hexagon love. Perhaps a project for the summer holiday....?! I could ask my mother-in-law to make us a new quilt. I don't know yet, but I have a hexagon dream.
The little retro owl is cute!
And I loove the flowers on the wall!!

Cute owl :o) I really like the idea of covering a mattress like that. It makes it seem like a cross between a bed and a couch in a really comfortable kind of way.
