I've been in therapy the past week - log cabin therapy! Time for a new pincushion collection.
I still have a couple of pincushions to finish. More pictures will follow soon.
I love each and every one! The pincushions will be available for sale - I hope... I always want to keep them all. I'm in heaven, when I'm choosing colours, prints and embroidery for the pincushions. I have no eyes for the rest of the world.
What an inspiring day! What's better than sharing your passion with a creative friend on a day off from work....!? Many things I guess, but that's what this Friday was all about.
Marie-Louise made another lovely patchwork bag. I made a bag for my daughter, Olivia. Perhaps you can see her name written on the bag (...perhaps not!). As you can see, we like red and pink.

Yesterday I went to a local flea market with a friend and found a flower cushion. Now I have used the embroidery for a new cushion.
My absolute favorite fabric is gingham. I like to mix it with every kind of fabric, print and colour. Does anyone know, where to buy white and grey gingham....!?
The back of the cushion is green retro flowers with an orange touch.
Although I'm still enjoying the cold winter days, I must say, that this cushion reminds me of the coming spring time.

Another sunny day in Denmark. I can hear birds singing! I started early today - I had to finish the patchwork bag.
It's not the first one and it sure won't be the last one! This one is bigger. You find a great tutorial for the revesible patchwork bag here. It's a great project for using your scraps.

It's cold but sunny today. I can finally feel a little sunshine in my heart
After a nice cup of tea - and a homebaked cookie - I better get outside and feel life. I need to feel alive.

My gorgeous teacup is from this talented friend of mine. The teacup has been waiting for a special occasion for a couple of months. Today is the day!
Today I got some lovely after Christmas gifts. This wooden tree is a you-make-me-smile gift.
The holiday is over for this time, but I have to enjoy the tree before putting it away until next Christmas.

WIP - it's time for making another reversible bag. It's such a great project - just ask this dear friend of mine. She has been very busy making some lovely reversible bags the past week. Today I work in slow motion. Fine with me - I guess, that's what I need!
These new fabrics are waiting for the right moment and the right project.

Yearh! It's been such a long time since I really enjoyed sewing, but yesterday I finally did. Yesterday was great.

Girl dress size 12 - 24 months - design by Garn-iture. Soft merino wool in a lovely colour, which reminds me of raspberry sorbet and summer.
