This is my new Vintage Spring Bag
A vintage table cloth, hexagons and ribbon
I'm pleased to have a new cafe bag. The bag is not suitable for carrying something heavy, but it fits perfect for a purse, camera, cell phone. keys and a magazine.

I'm working on this therapeutic bag project. Just what I needed! It's time for a break now - we are going to visit some friends and their newborn daughter.
I'll bring this alpaca cardigan for the princess. The fabric covered buttons are made of my Liberty favorite, Capel. I have also made this vest, this quilt and a wollie blanket for the baby girl.

The other day I found a set of vintage pot holders, two small dresses. It's fantastic how great it feels to find vintage goodies for only 1$. I really like the paper cards for sewing needles. I think, they are hard to find.

I have been cleaning up a bit. I love, when it's done and I'm able to see the piles of recycled fabrics and lace.
A basket full of vintage lace and stitched pillowcases. A basket full of stories - I wish, I knew some of them. It's such a pleasure for me to work with recycled materials.
Bed linen and table cloths.
Done! Time for coffee, magazines, this book and this book and one of these.

A small linen bag for templates and needles. A mix of japanese linen, vintage lace, retro and cross stitch - who can ask for more. Inside I have used green retro bed linen.
Have a look at the cute wood button. It's from this inspiring crafter. I love her mix of linen and yarn.

Cheerful cotton yarn for crochet projects can really make me smile
I never get tired of granny squares and hexagons.
...perhaps I should finish this blanket, before I start a new crochet project. Nope - this blanket is my car-driving-project. I just need a drive to Provence or Italy...

I like to use a coffee cosy for our Bodum coffee maker - not that we use the coffee maker very often (we have this best coffee friend). It doesn't keep me from making a coffee cosy or two.
The colours remind me of Spring. Perhaps someone have a wish for a Spring coffee cosy. I have two extra now. Feel free to send me an e-mail, if you happen to be interested.
This is the one we use. Our strawberry coffee cosy.
How do you like to enjoy your coffee....?!

I had the most wonderful birthday, you can imagine. Our home looks like a flower shop and I got so many presents - and I still get presents! It's overwhelming.
Postholders made by a very dear friend of mine. She knows, that I love vintage potholders. I wish, I had the potholders from my grandmothers home,
Woolie zipper purse made my another friend of mine, Lucky me...
My husband did it again - beside a ring he gave me a weekend here in May.
All for now - I need to be crafty. Enjoy your Saturday.
