Recently I went to one on the local second hand shops. It was a lucky day. The shop had different kind of table cloths and fabric napkins. It's usually difficult to find such goodies. I've used one of the napkins for this cushion. 
The green fabric for this one is also a fabric napkin. I was lucky with the napkin for the cushion. I could use it without cutting in it. It is not easy to cut in a handmade project and spoil it.
